Experience
Kristin Kelley is an associate attorney at Kostas and Melcher Law, LLC. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Fitchburg State University in 2016, where she served as President for the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honors Society and her law degree from Suffolk Law University in May 2020. Before joining the firm, Attorney Kelley spent time working as a law clerk for a healthcare firm in downtown Boston, where she participated in Medicare and Medicaid overpayment investigations and research related to HIPAA. Prior to practicing as an attorney at our firm, she served as a law clerk for Kostas and Melcher Law working hand-in-hand with our attorneys to serve our clients and achieve their goals. Attorney Kelley handles divorces contested or uncontested, custody disputes, restraining orders and harassment prevention orders.
