Practice Manager
Doug provides leadership and management for all operations at Melcher Law PC. He manages the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic plan. He administers time, resources, marketing, planning, infrastructure, and hiring.
Prior to Melcher Law PC, Doug owned a mid sized real estate brokerage in downtown Boston. He managed, trained, and coached up to thirty six real estate agents at a time. Through decades of business ownership Doug has gained a deep knowledge of technology, managing human resources, and steering through the ongoing changes in America’s business landscape. Doug is married to Maura Melcher and has two adult children. He is an avid sailor, photographer, and live music fan.
