Mikayla is a powerhouse in legal research, document drafting, and client communication as well as having exceptional organizational skills with pristine attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex tasks. She holds a double major in Legal Studies and Psychology with her academic focus on Conflict Resolution, Trial Court Procedure, and Public Policy Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society for her academic excellence and commitment to scholarly achievement, and is actively pursuing her goal of becoming an attorney.
Passionate about legal advocacy, Mikayla is also a Certified Mediator, having completed her Social Justice Mediation Training with the Social Justice Mediation Institute. This certification equips her with the skills to mediate disputes effectively. Mikayla is also a Notary Public. Mikayla’s role as a Paralegal at Melcher Law, PC. is invaluable.
