Experience
Nicholas (Nick) Ventola, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Melcher Law PC, where he practices family law. Nick understands that family law matters often involve some of the most personal and challenging decisions individuals and families face. He approaches his work with professionalism, thoughtful analysis, and a commitment to helping clients navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.
Nick brings a multidisciplinary background in law, business, and leadership to his practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2017, where he participated in leadership initiatives, including Class President and developed a foundation in legal advocacy. His prior experience with the Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office provided additional exposure to the legal system and the responsibilities associated with legal service.
Drawing on his legal training and business experience, Nick takes a practical, solutions-oriented approach to family law matters. He recognizes that every family’s circumstances are unique and values clear communication, careful consideration of each client’s goals, and a thoughtful approach to resolving disputes.
Nick is a member in good standing with the bars of Massachusetts, Illinois, and Connecticut. He is a member of the Norfolk County Bar Association and is an active member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and attends the Massachusetts Conference of Family Law Attorneys.
